He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy F. Long Jr. and Naomi Baldwin Sherrill; his stepfather William Sherrill; his brother Jerry Sherrill; his nephew Danny Sherrill Jr.; his nieces, Amanda Pugh and Dru Lyndell Morrison; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Barden and Larry Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Cinda Barden Long of Clinton; his children, Sheri Long of Clinton, Joe Long (Anna) of Paris, IL., Donald Mason Jr. (Stacey) of Terre Haute and Jeremy Mason (Robin Osborn) of Blanford; his siblings, Roger Long of Clinton, David Sherrill (Nikki) of Clinton, Danny Sherrill of Michigan, Lori Pugh Anderson (Mike), Sue Giles of Michigan and Sally Scraper of Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Hayes and Glenda Morrison (Terry). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Parke-Vermillion County Humane Society or Union Hospital Foundation in honor of the Amanda Pugh Memorial Nursing Scholarship. in Memory of Frank.
