He is survived by: his significant other Hank; his daughter Nicki; his mother-in-law Susie; his brothers, Eddie Sant and Billy Leon Johnson; his mother-in-law Sue Nelson of Indiana, Two; his daughters, Nicole Flaurr (Shane) of Indiana and Kacey Booth (Jordan) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Riley Flaurr and Lucas Flaurr; his siblings, Vickie Carter (Larry) of Texas, Linda Budros Johnson, Nancy Jarnagin and Jimmy Johnson; and his friend Joe Sweeney of Colorado. He is also survived by the 150 German Shepherd.
