He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Tallman Conner. He is survived by: his father Franklin D. Conner; and his siblings, Dennis Conner (Patricia) of Clinton, Helen Wallace (Brian), Christine Conner, Cheryl Crowder (Fred) and Virginia Conner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
