Klotz (Clinton, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Klotz and Betty Klotz. He is survived by: his children, Kory Klotz (Erin Akey) of Galloway, OH, Kody Klotz of Newcomerstown, OH and Donne "Kat" Klotz of Angola, IN; his grandson Oliver Klotz; and his sisters, Carol Corentti (Jim) of Minocqua, WI, Deb Cooper of Destin, FL and Kim Emrich (Brian) of Fort Wayne.
