She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Williams; her son Jay Chickadaunce; and her parents, Clifton Smith and Macil Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Johnson (Jerry) of Greenfield, Jack Smith and Mike Smith (Regina) of Urbana; her sister-in-law Suzzanne Johnson; her adoptive son Jon Bolin (Judy) of Terre Haute; her granddaughters, Katherine and Michelle; and her aunt Nancy Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and multiple extended family.
