He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Melvin and Mildred Dolores Riley Wallace; his son Derek Wallace; and his brother Dennis Ray Wallace. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Wallace (Amanda), Mike Wallace and Joshua Wallace; his siblings, Ed Wallace (Laura), Kevin Wallace (Brenda), Curt Wallace, Cindy Hux (Tom) and Carol Boren; and his great grandchild Nole. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
