She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McClara and Ellen McClara (Lee); her former husband Jesse Wood; her husband Everett Hoopingarner; and her sons-in-law, David Kendall and Eddie Mackey.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Kendall of Rosedale, Connie Akers (Leonard) of Clinton, Bonnie Mackey of Hillsdale and Joseph Wood (Vicki) of Fremont, MO; and her grandchildren, Sloan Kendall (Mike Glover), David Aaron Kendall (April), Lenny Akers, Dawn Watts, John Mackey (Vickie), Jeremy Mackey (Alisa), Jason Mackey (Tess), Logan Fiscus (April Vester), Kylee Mack (Clay) and Jessee Sanders (Kenny). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
