He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne J. Riley and Arbell Jackson Riley; and his brother Franklin Melbourne Riley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harrison Riley; his children, Steven Marshall Riley, Deborah Ann Garner (Doug) and Sandra Lee Kelly (Steven); his sisters, Betty J. Doan of Clinton and Martha Mediate (Frank) of Blanford; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Lynn Barlow (Donnie), Melissa Jane Tingley, Taija Adkins (Chanc), Sloane Kelly and Amanda Garner. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
