She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Elkins and Katherine Elkins (Stout); her husband Phillip Bertolino; her brothers, Charlie and Jimmy Elkins; her stepgranddaughter Billie Jo; her children, Russell Anderson (Barbara) of Paris, IL. and Gertrude "Trudy" Studey (Randy) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel, Diedra, Katie, Albert Joseph and Danny; and her stepgrandson Christopher.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Frist Funeral Home, Inc. (458 Blackman St, Clinton, IN 47842). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
