He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Nowling; his sons, Mike Nowling (Valerie) of Fort Wayne and Robert Nowling of Peru, IN.; his siblings, Mary Jane McDowell of Mecca, Don Nowling (Karen) of Waynetown, John Nowling of Mecca, Kenny Nowling of Indianapolis and Karl Nowling of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Sean Nowling (Elizabeth Gattman), Michael Nowling (Sarah), Ashley Yoder (Pete) and Tyler Yoder; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elliot, Emilia Yoder, James, Finn and Naomi Nowling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
