She was predeceased by: her father David L. Levin; and her brother Ira Levin. She is survived by: her mother Shirley C. Levin; and her siblings, Laurin Jacobson (Ronald) of Tampa, FL, Sam Levin of Terre Haute, IN and Elise Levin (Matthew Hagedorn) of Terre Haute, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
