She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander D. Bingham and Lydia Bowles Bingham; her husband Stuart S. Whitsitt; her grandson Specialist Geoffrey A. Whitsitt; and her siblings, Dorothy Ward, Flo Henry, Willie, Harrison and Callaway Bingham.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Whitsitt Sr. of Clifford and Teresa Kamman Wood (Steve) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Molly Hollister (Clay) of Louisville, Ben Kamman of Columbus and Steven Whitsitt Jr. (Megan) of San Diego, California; her great grandchildren, Mady, Brynn, Hank Whitsitt, Eli and Lydia Hollister; and her sister Jean Stowell of Indianapolis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
