He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanley C. Abell and Mary Etta Abell (York); and his wife Agnes P. Abell (Anderson). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Abell (Joni Bible) and Tabitha Abell; his grandchildren, Logan, Tommy, Griffin, Andy and Jake; and his brothers, Jerry Abell (Karen) and Richard "Dick" Abell (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
