He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Williams and Dorothy Williams (Rommel); his wife Della Williams (York); his sisters, Naomi and Martha; and his daughter Karla.
He is survived by: his sons, David Williams (Pat) of Plainfield, Richard Williams (Barbara) of Hazelwood and Jeffery Williams (Dhana) of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Michelle Coomer, Michael Williams, Matthew Williams, Karen Elliott and Sara Kuhl. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Burial will follow in Clayton Cemetery, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Karl's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
