She is survived by: her husband Jerry Kenworthy; her son Brian Brown (Rebecca) of Sullivan, Ind.; her grandchildren, Heather Moore, Shandi Prokesh and Logan Brown; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Keaton Moore; and her siblings, Carolyn Racer, Bill Swaby and Bob Swaby.
