She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dowen and Irma Dowen; her husband Gilbert Barry; and her sisters, Helen Louise Remington, June Kloster and Frances Beabout.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Anne Stein (Tom) and John Barry; her sister Anne James; and her grandsons, Brad Ferguson and Joshua Barry. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
