He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sitts and Lois Sitts; his son Scott Leedy; and his siblings, Lois Ann Utter, Karen Moon and Ricky Sitts.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jessica Underwood, Jacqueline Jaberg and Zachary Randall; his grandchildren, Maya Jaberg, Maci Jaberg, Mercedes Grimm and Alyssa Bell; and his siblings, Janice Moore (John), Dianne Noel, Linda Wideman, Doris Thompson (Dennis), Eileen Isley (Max), Mike Randall (Ramona) and Martin Randall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
