He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Miller (Hughes) and Green Miller. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Chambers; his sister Mary Miller; his nephew Jason Alspaugh (Michelle); his niece Whitney Swanson (Joe); and his great-nephews, Julian, Jamison and Jett Swanson.
