He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gibson and Athne Gibson (Slone); and his brother Joe Richard Hammon. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Gibson (Honeycutt); his children, Kristie Smith of Minneapolis, MN and Steven Sexton (Rebeccah); his grandchildren, Miranda Sutton, Julian, Gabrielle, Ashton and Ezekiel Sexton; and his pet Dolly.
