He was predeceased by: his brother Joe Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Miller of Bluffton and Janet Doerscher (McKenzie) of Huntington; his daughters, Kaylen Miller (Aaron Case) of Warsaw, Amaya Miller of Indianapolis, Sandra Miller and Tonya Miller; his brothers, James and John Miller; and his grandchildren, Addison and Octavia Case.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to assist with final expenses may be given to the family, care of Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
