Bohlin (Lisa) of West Lafayette, Catherine Germain of Union Mills and Jeffrey T Bohlin (Katrina) of LaPorte; his son-in-law Mark Brumblow of Claypool; his grandchildren, Jay, Jon Bohlin of Tuscan, Alyssa Bohlin of Fairborn, Benjamin, Holly Bohlin of West Lafayette, Samantha Bohlin of Bloomington, Christopher Bohlin (Katie) of LaPorte, Cheyenne Germain of LaPorte, Jeffrey M Bohlin of LaPorte, Jesse Bohlin of Tacoma, Austin Bohlin of West Lafayette, Elizabeth, Marcus Brumblow (Nicole Schooley) of Claypool and Devan Morton of South Whitley; and his siblings, Dr. Charles Bohlin (Charlotte) of Pender and Linda N Smith of Palatine, Illinois. He was also cherished by 4 great-grandchildren.
