He was predeceased by: his parents, Phoebe Bradley (Hyden) and Jake Bradley, Sr.; and his siblings, Frank Bradley, Jim Bradley (Sue), Loren Bradley (Ruby), Alvie Hackworth, Phylis Bolen and Dorothy Bolen (Bethel).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bradley; his daughters, Lachelle Alexander (Matt), Susan Manns (Bernard) and Janelle Norris (Daron); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Seth, Elizabeth, Dawson and Jordan.
