He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Castle and Fannie Castle (Daniels); and his siblings, Everett Castle, Joe Castle, Sterling Thomas Castle, B. L. Castle, Quint Castle, Jimmy Castle, Troy, Roy Castle, Iris Nichols and Joyce Staniford.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Josephine Martin; his brother Foundry; his sons, Elbert Harrison Castle (Linda) of Claypool and Rodney Lee Castle of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Ryan Castle of Witchita Falls, Cameron Castle of Mentone, Gary Fulk (Heather) of Lowell, Chad Fulk of Laud, Shelby Cox of Warsaw, Marti Vinning of Nappannee and Barb Fulk of Rochester; and his sister Bonnie Stambaugh of Leesburg. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
