It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry Lee Childers of Claypool, Indiana, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Childers and Esther Childers (Currens). He is survived by: his children, Holly Owens (Craig) of Silver Lake, Kelly Childers of Tampa and Christopher Childers (Kris) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Ethan Owens of Silver Lake, Eli Owens of Silver Lake, Cale Childers (Hannah) of Des Moines, Iowa and Kennedy Childers of Des Moines, Iowa; and his sister Diane Patrick of Nashville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
