He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Layne and Gladys Layne (Blankenship); and his sister Edna Presley. He is survived by: his sister Lechia Manns (Joe) of Claypool, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Carol Ousley, Royetta Good, Brenda Shepherd, Jacob Manns, Jamie Manns and Jesse Manns.
