She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Blair and Lilly Blair (Castle). She is survived by: her children, Lassie Lewis of Claypool and Mark Blair (Rose Marie); and her sister Virgie Little of Prestonsburg, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
