He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fish and Lillian Fish Ray; and his sister Patty Frye. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fish (Shilkett); his children, Edward Fish (Zenaida) of Hawaii and Becky Roy of Sheridan, Indiana; his grandsons, Justin Rebola Fish, Austin Rebola Fish and Shane Roy; and his siblings, Paul Fish (Malinda), Deanna Guffey and Debby Messell (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
