He was predeceased by: his parents, Renos Horn and Pearl Horn (Willen). He is survived by: his wife Sondra Horn (Dusthimer); his daughters, Suzette Ames (Michael), Lori Miller (Rob), Kim White (Charles) and Heather Edwards (Michael); and his grandchildren, Parker (Madelyn Ames), Josh (Kaylee Miller), Danielle, Dillon (Dalaena White) and Ethan (Alex Edwards).
