She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H. Blair and Anna E. Blair (Beasley); her husband Dave White; her aunt Pauline Vitz; her cousins, Juanita, Bill Neese and Lita Vitz; and her niece Kristen Blair.
She is survived by: her friend Shirley; her daughters, Rachel Fischer (Karl) of Cory and Carol Albin (Dave) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Kelsie Travis (Tyler), Jarrett Fischer, Pete Albin and Jack Albin; her great grandchild Kelsie; her brother Richard Blair of Terre Haute; her nephew Jason; her nieces, Desiree and Michelle; and her cousin Calvin Vitz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Church of Christ in Ruth's honor.
