He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lewis Sr. and Dorothy Lewis (Nance). He is survived by: his wife Becky Lewis; his sons, Derrick Richard Lewis and Troy Russel Lewis; and his siblings, Carl Lewis (Cheryl), Gail Grimes (Rick), David Lewis (late Linda) and Tom Lewis (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
