He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermil Glen "Bud" Duncan and Faye Duncan (Mishler). He is survived by: his children, Sara Richmond of Clay City, IN and Douglas Duncan of Bloomfield, IN; his grandchildren, Hayleigh Garrett and Hunter Richmond; his great grandchild Blakeleigh Bickel; his sister Brenda Whitman (Ray) of Midland, IN; his niece Michelle Baxter (Tim); and his nephew Michael McNabb (Brandy).
