He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Vansickle and Ethel Vansickle (Fetters); his former wife Delores Ruth Marshall; and his children, Brian, Chris and Angela.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Thames; his children, Dana Lynn (Chuck) of Conroe, Wesley "Wes" Vansickle (Michelle) of Clay City, Timothy Vansickle (Madalyn) of Converse and Phillip Vansickle of Converse, Lousiana; his brothers, William Vansickle of South Shore, Melvin Vansickle of Midway and John Vansickle of McEwen, Tennessee; his former wife Myra Wilkerson; and his grandchildren, Kerrie O'Neal, Cassie Lowery, Austin Vansickle, Matthew Vansickle, Whitney Smith, Brooke Vansickle, Gabriela Lynn, Jared Lynn, Collyn Vansickle, Emma Vansickle, Jaxon Vansickle, Leah Vansickle, Darcy Vansickle, Bryson Vansickle and Christian Vansickle. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members and friends.
