He is survived by: his children, Tammy Forsythe and Terry Schauwecker (Julie); his grandchildren, Damien Schauwecker, Dustin Schauwecker, Madison Schauwecker, Shanelle Forsythe and Jerry Forsythe; his great grandchildren, Braedon Schauwecker, Aubrey Wilson and Jason Dalton; and his close friend Duke.
