He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Blair (David) of Clay City, Patty Pitts (Mike) of Wisconsin, Carolyn Hannigan (Doug) of Tennessee, Beverly Baker (Chuck) of Illinois, James Meehan of Terre Haute, Penny Dildine (Lyle) of Tennessee and Becky Edwards (John) of Clay City. He is also survived by several niece, nephews and extended family members and friends.
