He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Steuerwald and Freida Jackson Steuerwald; his son Christopher Steuerwald; his sister Anita Collenbaugh; his sister-in-law Judy Duling; and his nephews, Richard Duling and James Joe Wilkes.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilkes Steuerwald; his son Timothy Steuerwald (Susan) of Clay City; his granddaughters, Krysten McDaniel (Josh) of Jasonville, IN and Jayci Steuerwald of Clay City; his brother Victor Steuerwald (Janice) of Terre Haute, IN; and his brothers-in-law, Don Collenbaugh of Worthington, IN and James Wilkes (Rita) of Hanover, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or New Hope Baptist Church.
