He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Basham and Patricia Basham (Woodruff); his brother Robert Basham Jr.; and his father-in-law Raymond Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Jana Basham; his stepsons, Chad Keller, Dallas Fry and Coleton Fry; his stepgrandson Jaxon Keller; his sister Teresa Mattke; his mother-in-law Jan Curtis; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Basham, Shannon Curtis and Jimmy Curtis (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
