He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rupp and Virginia Rupp (Campbell); and his brothers, George H. Rupp and Harlé Rupp. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Rupp (Kane); his sons, Michael C. Rupp and Matthew H. Rupp (Kelly); his siblings, John E. Rupp (Loretta), James A. Rupp (Bette), Betty J. Saff (Charley) and Suzan M. Osborne (Daryl); and his sister-in-law Sharon Rupp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
