She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phillip Ley and Carolyn Sue Ley Tickner (Corey); and her husband Richard "Rick" Swearingen. She is survived by: her children, Amy Swearingen of Clay City and Phillip Swearingen of Clay City; her grandchildren, Chloee DeHart, Landon Swearingen, Shaylee Swearingen, Lynlee Swearingen and Berklee Swearingen; and her sister Deborah Ley (Richard Spanton) of Indianapolis.
