She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Mayrose; her children, Michelle Lynn Mayrose (Robert Witcher) and Edward Wayne Mayrose (Amy); her grandchildren, Cody Mayrose (Alex), Kyle Mayrose (Kelly Nelson), Dana Glass (Rodney) and Brody Mayrose; her great grandchildren, Cade Mayrose and Brayden Glass; and her brothers, Dave Smith of Tucson and Phillip Smith. She is also survived by Twin.
