He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Nolan of Clarksville; his daughter Theda Flynn (Robert) of Scottsburg, IN; his siblings, Tony Nolan (Jeanette) of Salem and Dolly Edwards of Benton, KY; his grandchildren, Kevin Flynn of West Lafayette, IN and Christy Flynn of Scottsburg, IN; his great grandchildren, Hannah Byrd, McKenzie Flynn, Morgan Flynn and Donovan Flynn; and his great great grandchildren, Keylie Byrd and Elizabeth Byrd.

Roger Nolan (Nephew) wrote a sympathy message

“This is always tough, but the Lord called Bill home for a reason. I'm sorry I never was able to meet Kathy or spend time with Bill as he declined over the years. I have fond memories of him down on the farm and of course the precious time he spent with me narrating a video I made of over 250 old family photos. I've tried to attach some of the best with his siblings and parents. (Some were cut-off though) May the Lord watch over Bill on his journey home and comfort Kathy/ family!”
