He was predeceased by: his mother Grethel M. Watson. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Jane Watson, Billy Watson, Ronnie Watson (Jeanie) and Madeline Hamby (Paul); his siblings, Wilma Lanham (Donnie), Carol Velez-Vermillion (Kiki), Sharon Murray (John), Michael Watson (Theresa) and Mark Watson; his father William F. Watson Sr.; his wife Jeannie Watson; and his brothers, Delbert Watson, Earl Watson, Clarence Watson and Darrell Watson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Walnut Ridge Cemetery (2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
