He is survived by: his significant other Paula Sue Howard; his sister Shirley Butts (Ralph) of Gallatin, TN; his son Luke Howard; his granddaughter Brittany Wright (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Quinnlyn, Eli and Madelyn Wright of Charlestown, IN..
