He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughston Cunningham and Tempie Cunningham (Nance); his wife Debra Cunningham; his siblings, Larry D. Cunningham and Lola Cunningham Ball; and his stepmother Montie Bee Clayton Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Cunningham (Kathy) of Dawson Springs, William Nathan Cunningham (Kristen) of Dawson Springs, David Ray of Clarksville and Lesa Heltsley of Dawson Springs; and his sisters, Dean Baggett (Aubrey) of White Plains, Tempie Phelps of Madisonville and Ruthie McCarty of Madisonville, Kentucky.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
