She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Fouts Foster; her children, Tommy Rannells (Mary), Jerry Rannells, Karen Bannon (Bill), Patricia Smiley (Eddie) and Kay Smith (David); and her grandchildren, Carla Dilworth (Anthony), Amanda Yates, Laisha Smith (Brooks), Jaclyn Stotts, Ashten Yates, D'Eric Dilworth, Hunter Yates, Jasmine Dilworth, Gregg Seidl (Corrine), Kelly Campbell (Ron) and Lisa Grider (David). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 32 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donors give to the charity of their choice in Wanda's name.
