It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter K. Cannon Jr. of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cannon Sr. and Emma Beyl Cannon; and his siblings, Jean Marie Gilbert and Edward F. Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Anna F. Cannon; his daughters, Elizabeth A. Grube (Paul Jeffrey) and Carolyn M. Anderson; his grandchildren, Erika Nicole Prescott, Kenneth Darrell Anderson (Viktoria), Jesse Evan Anderson, Kolton C. Popp (Asslie), Karsen Shelbi Popp and Emma Ann Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Maximus William Stewart, Elijah Jesse Anderson and Henry George Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
