She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Wolpert and Kathryn Railing Wolpert; her husband Melvin Leon Balmer; her children, Andrea Amy, Patty Good (Steve), Kathy Quebbeman (Steve) and Tim Balmer; her brothers, Robert, John and Marvin Wolpert; and her grandchildren, Tara Balmer, Brandon Bullock, Beth Trzewik, Kari Smalley, Kimi Bailey and Kellie Shuford.
She was a RSVP volunteer (retired and senior volunteer program).
