She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Russel Smith. She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Jennifer) of Jeffersonville and Ricky Smith (Rosemarie) of Louisville; and her siblings, Jean Hagy of Louisville, Geneva David of Indianapolis, Virginia Wood of Clarksville, Dallas Polston of New Albany, Donna Jessie of Columbia, KY. and Phillip Polston (Pat) of Sellersburg. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
