She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bannon and Colleen Bannon (Martin); and her brother-in-law Bourke Ettling. She is survived by: her sisters, Suellen Roberts and Norma Ettling; her friend Charles McKinney; her daughter Michele Cook (Bob); and her friend Davona Zimmerman. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home- Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
