He was predeceased by: his parents, George Raizor and Mary Alice Raizor (Sherrard). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl K. Raizor; his children, Samuel F. Raizor Jr. (Mary Jean) of New Albany, IN and Karen F. Raizor of Louisville, KY; his granddaughter Jennifer L. Raizor Wireman (James) of Georgetown, KY; his siblings, Walter A. "Tony" Raizor (Rona) of Cecilia, KY, David H. Raizor (Susan) of Windemere, FL, Jeanne Pugliese of Louisville, KY and Judy Dawson of Cecilia, KY.; and his stepchildren, David Broadhead of Louisville, KY and Jennifer Kelbaugh of Clarksville, IN. He is also survived by two great grandsons and a great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sammy's name can be made to the Humane Association of Clark County (2702 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
