She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Daugherty and Alice Daugherty (Ashworth). She is survived by: her sons, Eric McPherson (Lindsay), Darryl Mundy (Jessie) and Joshua Bagshaw (Madelyn); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bagshaw and Christopher Bagshaw. She is also survived by 5 sisters; 4 brothers; and many extended family and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Samantha's memory be made to The American Cancer Society to help fund breast cancer research (900 East Main Street, Louisville, KY 40206).
